Numbers and Counting.png

Children need to learn 1:1 correspondence and have a system for counting where they count each object once and once without missing any out.

This unit will help them learn to count numbers up to 5 using pictures and different contexts. We hope using these lessons will get your child off to a great start in their journey through math. The skill has been divided into six lessons.

The unit is all about counting objects up to 5. Each has colourful and interactive questions. Students count and recognise the number of animals, fruit, and shapes up to 5.

Progression of Skills:

You can say some counting words randomly.

Can say the number names in the order in an unbroken string forward.
