Yes — Learninet offers flexible scheduling with clear policies to support our students and families:

• 24-Hour Notice: You can cancel or reschedule a session at no cost by providing at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our tutors' schedules effectively.

• Permanent Cancellation: To permanently cancel your child's enrollment, please provide one month's notice in writing via email. This notice period allows us to conclude any ongoing sessions and prepare for the student's departure.

• Temporary Breaks: If you're planning a temporary break (e.g., for travel or holidays), please inform us at least one week in advance by emailing support@learninet.co.uk. We can pause your lessons for up to four weeks at no charge. If you'd like to reserve your regular time slot during the break, a one-month deposit is required in advance. This deposit will be applied to your first month upon returning.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a fee, as this time slot could have been offered to another student.

• No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be charged at the full rate.
